2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before shipment. We accept payment via PayPal, and Stripe. Invoices may be sent through our PayPal Business account for custom orders. Earthly Lucent Scents reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or other external factors. Tracking is included on all orders; insurance is optional and available upon request.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@earthlylucentscents.com within 3 days of delivery and take photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Earthly Lucent Scents offers handcrafted products designed to support personal rituals, sensory experiences, moments of reflection, and offerings created with intention. Our medicinal products are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

• Our products are for external use only unless clearly labeled otherwise. You understand that the selection of the boxes, herbs, oils and spices for your order are picked at random. Well, with a little spirtuial guidence.
• Always read ingredients lists carefully, you may list in the note section on the check out form any allergies you may have. Our product information page lists all known ingredients in the soap melt bases that are used. Our Scent Class Guide will list all Herbs, Oils and Spice's that are commonly used. We reserve the right to update and or change our ingredients at our discretion.
• If you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional before using our products, If you have any reaction to using our non consumable products please rinse the area with clean water and contact your physician if irration persist. If any reaction to our Herbal Tea's please stop consumsion immediately, do not induce votiming and call your physcian. All Herbal Tea ingredients are made of natural herbs and spices.
• Our Remedy (medicinal) and or Shamanic products are not recommend for pregnant women, nursing mothers, or children under 15 years old, consult your physcian prior to use. We do not use any of the holistic know harmful herbs or spices in any of our products.
• Our Shamanic Blends: Our intentional essence is for those that have awareness and pratice their own rituals. Our blends intentionaly help bring a blance to the shaman. In Mind, Body and Spirit, as all 7 Chakra's.
• Shamanic Ceremonial Herb Disclaimer
  By purchasing our Shamanic Ceremonial Herb Blend, you acknowledge that this is an ancient mix of dried herbs intended solely for traditional ceremonial and ritual practices.
• These herbs are not designed or sold for smoking or inhalation.
  Smoking any product — whether ours or another brand — may be harmful to your health.
• Earthly Lucent Scents is not responsible for misuse of this product outside its intended ceremonial purpose.

from purchasing and using our products. You acknowledge and accept this disclaimer when you submit an order to us. We encourage you to treat each item with reverence and care, honoring your own intuition and well-being. 

Handcrafted Treasure Box Notice
Our novice handcrafted Treasure Boxes are created with the intention of guidance and serenity. Because each box is individually made, they may include natural irregularities such as rough or sharp edges, small cracks, or small loose components.
These boxes are not recommended for anyone under 15 years old or for situations where supervision is required.

📦 Shipping Policy
At Earthly Lucent Scents, every item is crafted with care, intention, and ritual. To ensure your treasures arrive safely and beautifully, please review the following guidelines:
Processing Times
• Treasure Boxes
All Treasure Box purchases are custom made. Because each one is handcrafted, assembled, blessed, and packaged with intention, the full process — making, packaging, and shipping — takes 1–2 weeks.

• All Other Products
Soaps, oils, candles, bath salts, and individual items ship more quickly. These orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Local pickup is available at UPS in Kingman, AZ.
If you’d like to arrange a pickup instead of shipping, just contact us and we’ll coordinate the details.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on weight and destination. A tracking number will be provided once your package is on its way.

Warm Weather Notice
Our products contain natural oils, butters, and botanicals. During warmer months, items may soften or shift in transit. This does not affect their quality — simply place them in a cool area to re-solidify.

Delays & Damages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Gifts
If your order is a gift, we’re happy to include a handwritten note. Just leave your message at checkout. Gift wrapping is also available — please contact us for more information.
